Devan Grayson, LPC is a trauma therapist in Colorado specializing in EMDR therapy for individuals healing from childhood trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, abuse recovery, spiritual and religious trauma, and medical or relational trauma. She provides trauma-informed, attachment-focused counseling that helps clients explore emotional patterns, process painful experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of how their past shapes their present.

Her work is grounded in safety, connection, and honest communication, creating space for clients to engage their experiences at a thoughtful and manageable pace.

Devan works with individuals navigating a wide range of trauma-related concerns, including attachment wounds, family-of-origin difficulties, familial estrangement, emotional disconnection, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, abuse recovery (spiritual, sexual, physical, and emotional), and chronic illness or pain. She also has extensive experience supporting fellow therapists and individuals recovering from complex relational and medical trauma.

Her clinical background includes providing school-based early intervention counseling for adolescents and families, as well as community-based work supporting individuals recovering from abuse. She is a Qualified Supervisor in Colorado and is trained in EMDR, an evidence-based approach for trauma processing. She has also completed advanced training in sexual abuse recovery through the Allender Center.

Devan integrates EMDR with somatic awareness, attachment-based therapy, narrative approaches, expressive arts, and sand tray therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals.

Outside the therapy room, she enjoys time with friends, writing, hiking, camping, and lifting weights.
